Our Recruitment Process

When working together, a specialized Recruitment Consultant will be assigned to you and will take full ownership of your recruitment needs. They will manage all the steps in the recruitment process.
Client need
The recruitment process begins with your meeting with one of our professional Recruitment Consultants. This will help us to understand your vision for a new employee, including the skills and areas of expertise you require, the salary on offer, your corporate culture and whether you wish to secure a permanent, contract or temporary employee. We regard our relationship as a partnership. Therefore, we invest time in learning about your organization and discovering the type of person who would add value to your team and to your company as a whole.
Talent search
We have an extensive and well-maintained candidate database. Our consultants have extensive experience in niche market and have strong connections with the professionals which are hard to find. Talent selection
We apply sophisticated and structured interviewing techniques during the recruitment process. We base our interviews around a set of predetermined criteria that we agree with you before interviewing begins. Presenting shortlist
After our initial talent selection process, the Recruitment Consultant will present you with a shortlist of appropriate candidates, based on predetermined criteria such as personality traits, experience, skills and qualifications. Candidate interviews
During this stage, you have the opportunity to interview the presented candidates in order to assess whether they fit your predetermined profile and company culture.
Placement
Following a successful interview, our Recruitment Consultant will assist and lead the negotiations between you and your chosen candidate. This includes supporting you in offering the candidate a suitably attractive remuneration package and planning for their smooth integration into your organisation.
Post placement follow-up
Our service doesn’t end with a successful placement. Our Recruitment Consultant will schedule meetings with you and the candidate to ensure placement success and continuous improvement of our service. By staying involved during the post placement process, we aim to build long-term mutual beneficial relationships with our clients and candidates.
Recruitment Terms of Engagement
1. General
The aims of MXM Consulting (“MXMC”) are to successfully introduce suitable candidates to fill appropriate employment vacancies with the client. These general terms and conditions are valid for and applicable to all recruitment contracts for permanent placements between MXMC and the Client.
2. Fees, Expenses
Only when a client contracts to employ a candidate introduced by MXMC shall he be liable for any fees for recruitment services rendered by MXMC.
The fees for a successfully concluded placement by MXMC are due upon agreement on the employment of a candidate introduced by MXMC by the client.
If the client employs a candidate introduced by MXMC within 12 months of the date of introduction, MXMC are entitled to their full introduction fees.
Any costs arising from graphological or other tests and advertising, etc. will be charged to the client on a cost only basis – irrespective of whether an employment contract is concluded between the Candidate and the Client or not.
3. Warranty
The standard guarantee period is 1 month from the start date of the specific contract. In the event that an engagement terminates (whether by expiry of notice or otherwise) within the guarantee period under certain conditions, then MXMC shall endeavor to find a replacement at no extra cost to the Client except for agreed additional advertising costs.
There will be no refunding of any fees and/or expenses to the Client in any event.
4. Safeguard
A Candidate’s CV is provided in strict confidence to the Client only for its information. The Client undertakes to keep all personal information relating to Candidates in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third parties without the prior written consent by MXMC. Direct references on the Candidate may only be requested by the Client upon the prior written approval by the Candidate.
5. Interim Recruitment
Unless otherwise agreed, MXMC is free to submit the Candidates’ CV to other clients until it has been notified by the Client that an employment contract has been concluded with the Candidate.
6. Payment Conditions
The fee and the expenses are due upon conclusion of an employment contract between the Client and the Candidate introduced by MXMC. The invoice is payable within 14 days after receipt.
